Restoration and Rebuilds

Edwards Motorsport undertakes a huge variety of work, from complete restoration projects to sympathetic rebuilds.
We have currently just finished the restoration of the only 1925 Tatra T 11 race car in existence,  exactly as the factory built it. We spent a considerable time conferring with the factory archives following an initial visit to the Czech Republic where they are based, to ensure everything on the car was correct, whilst at the same time using modern technology to replace vulnerable parts such as crankshaft and con rods in order to guarantee a long and competitive life.
Last year we finished the only Frazer Nash works Cabriolet, sympathetically restored back to showroom condition, work that was commissioned by the Frazer Nash Archives and this can be seen in its full glory at the FN Archives Headquarters in Isleworth London.
Other projects include various chain drive Frazer Nashes from full race cars to touring cars depending on the customers’ requirements. Edwards Motorsport also like to pride themselves in not being a one make specialist and currently we have a 3 litre Bentley, a Riley 12/4 and a gaggle of Austin 7’s and we have just been commissioned to build an Alvis 4.3 Special. Nothing is too big or too small, we take pride in everything we do.
